Commodity Engineer (Based in Singapore)

Responsibilities:

Sourcing for various commodities including electronics, mechanical and electro-mechanical commodities
Analysis of all suppliers and select the most suitable supplier(s) to meet the budget and product requirements
Provide support for different projects including NPI projects
Involved in cost reduction program
In charge of supplier management and commercial terms

Requirements:

At least a Diploma in Electronics, Mechanical, Material Science or Industrial Engineering studies
Minimum of 2 years working experience as a procurement, sourcing or commodity engineer in EMS or electronic manufacturing environment

Head, Commodity Engineer (Based in Singapore)

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of Commodity Engineers to achieve the KPIs given including meeting the material cost target set by the Management
Plan and implement supply management strategies and activities such as VMI, JIT, EDI capabilities etc
To be the escalation point when there are delivery issues during mass production and NPI stages
Responsible in managing the relationship with the suppliers for all commercial issues
Management of SAP Data Integrity

Requirements:

At least a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics or Mechanical Engineering
Minimum of 7 years working experience in sourcing, purchasing and supplier selection role
Minimum of 3 years experience in leading and managing a team
Possess good supply base knowledge of electronics parts

Supplier Quality Engineer (Based in Singapore)

Responsibilities:

Develop and improve the quality performance of PCI Suppliers
Conduct Quality Management System (QMS) audits, process reviews, environmental audits, compliance reviews on PCI Suppliers
Implement and improve NCMR and SRN processes in a timely, efficient and effective manner
Implement and improve the Supplier Scorecard Process for PCI Suppliers

Requirements:

At least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or quality related field
Background or certification on ISO 9001, ISO TS16949, ISO 13485, ISO 14000, ISO 18000 auditing
Background or certification in Six Sigma Yellow/Green/Black Belt
Knowledge or exposure in various supplier processes/industries: plastic parts, rigid PCB, flex PCB, LCD, touch panels, optical parts, metal parts, rubber parts, connectors, passive and active components converted parts, wires and harnesses, packaging
Able to be promptly onsite at PCI factory locations and supplier manufacturing locations to resolve issues

Business Development Manager (Based in Singapore)

Responsibilities:

Develop business from new and existing customers from USA, Europe and Asia to meet corporate objectives
Able to build good rapport with customers
Able to manage RFQ, contracts and all commercial aspects of NP activities

Requirements:

Quality Assurance Manager (Based in Batam)

Responsibilities:

Establishing and maintain quality standards across the factory in order to meet defined objective
Coordinate external audit event by customers or certification bodies
Coordinate and perform factory internal audit in accordance to ISO9000:2000 standard
Ensure effective function of IQC, IPQC and OQC to meet set of KPIs
Establish quality target and drive continuous improvement
Formulate training programs to suit the factory's need and requirement
Manage Document Control Center to ensure filing and distribution procedures are followed

Requirements:

At least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
Minimum of 5 years experience in managerial capacity in quality management in EMS or electronics industry
Hands-on working experience in quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, DOE and MSA
Working experience in quality management system (ISO9000, ISO13485, ISO14000, ISO18000 or TS16949)
